Timcast announced a new sponsorship deal with NASCAR driver Cody Dennison on Tuesday evening.

In a post on X, host Tim Pool sent out a picture of Dennison's car with Timcast.com emblazoned on the side.

Pool wrote, "We did a thing," and tagged Dennison in the post.

Dennison shared the picture and wrote, "WEEWWW BOI. We are looking SHARP for Kansas. Can't wait to take this thing to 185 mph. Saturday on FS1!! Thanks so much to Timcast."

The upcoming race on Saturday is the Tide 150 at Kansas Speedway where Dennison will compete. He is also a YouTuber and spoke about the sponsorship back in March where he said Pool was the “whole reason” he will be able to race this year.

In an interview with Chrissie Mayr, she asked him, “How did the conversation come up” about the sponsorship.

Dennison spoke about how he was hanging out with Pool playing a game when they were collaborating on other content and Pool took an interest in his racing and NASCAR in general which led to the discussion.

Dennison said the sponsorship goes for a whole year for NASCAR and that Pool wanted to check out a few races as well.

Adding more detail about the sponsorship while taking to Mayr, Dennison recounted that some “people are angry” because of the deal.

“The people that are angry about this um are always angry because they're tribal,” he said.

In a statement to The Post Millennial on why he wanted to sponsor Dennison, Pool replied, "Cody is a friend and we wanted to support his efforts and thought it would be a cool thing to do."
