Flyers allegedly being distributed at a Soros-linked NGO resources center in Mexico are encouraging illegal immigrants to vote for President Joe Biden when they get to the US, per the Oversight Project, a watchdog group for the Heritage Foundation.

The flyers, reportedly obtained by Muckraker.com stated, "You do not need documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote. You can vote if you simply swear you are eligible."

Muckraker claimed to have discovered the flyers in a Resource Center Matamoras (RCM) location. The Oversight Project said that flyers were being distributed to illegal immigrants who use RCM assistance in coming to the US and were even found on the walls of port-a-potties at the location.

Muckraker reported that they had recorded a conversation with RCM founder Gaby Zavala in which Muckraker said that they were "just trying to help as many people as possible before Trump gets elected."

Zavala laughed, per the recording, and said, "We are in the same boat."

According to the Oversight Project, Zavala was previously an organizer for La Union del Pueblo Entero (LUPE), which is listed as a partner for George Soros' Open Society Institute.

The watchdog group said that "RCM has significant ties to Soros-funded non-profits operating in the United States, including Save the Children, Team Brownsville Texas, and Angry Tias and Abuelas."

"Save the Children received over $650,000 from Soros’ Open Society Foundation, and has provided grants to Team Brownsville," it added.

According to the Oversight Project, RCM is a fiscally sponsored project of the Asylum Seeker Network of Support (ASNS) whose 501c3 registration was forfeited in Texas in 2022. However, Zavala, who is the founder and executive director, continued to operate despite the forfeiture.

RCM also houses the operations of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS), which helps illegal immigrants enter the US and has also received numerous grants from Soros’ Open Society Foundation.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is a former board member of HIAS, and according to documents obtained by Judicial Watch, the embattled Biden official recently met with some of these entities, including Team Brownsville and Angry Tias and Abuelas.

The fliers were called into question by Fox reporter Bill Melugin, who covers border issues. "I am extremely skeptical of this. The flier appears to be a word for word Google Translate copy & paste of a portion of the NGO's English website, with 'vote for Biden' randomly added in at the end, when it does not appear on the site. The translation is bad, then you have 'bienvenidos' spelled wrong and 'todos con Biden' added onto the flier with a Biden logo. There's plenty of controversy with some NGO's, but this flier seems fake or doctored, even at first glance," Melugin said.

Muckraker responded, saying "respectfully, do you have any theories as to who may have doctored these fliers? We have a hard physical copy of one obtained from the scene. The thread includes videos of these fliers inside porta-potties at this organizations camp. So, if these were doctored, who ever printed these would also have needed to hang these up inside the porta-potties, seems strange. Furthermore, we were tipped off to this situation by a source in New York, currently working inside an illegal alien shelter, who told us exactly where to go to see this. This tip was sent to us weeks before physically being on the ground at the NGO witnessing this first hand."

"Not sure, and I don't doubt y'all got physical copies, I've seen the videos, but the text is a pretty obvious cut and paste translate from part of their website with Biden stuff added on at the end of it, with multiple grammatical errors and misspellings. The source of those papers is what we need to find out. I've reached out to the NGO director & I'm looking into it," Melugin said.

The Post Millennial has not independently reviewed the flyers.
