David Young the former Attorney General of Ontario during the Progressive Conservative Harris government has now openly called for an investigation into the SNC-Lavalin scandal which has plagued the Trudeau government for the past few days.

Mr. Young adds to the rapidly growing list of Canadians who have openly called for a proper investigation into this massive scandal, such as the leaders of both the NDP and the Conservatives.

Conservative Opposition Leader Andrew has demanded that parliament convenes an emergency meeting to address the accusations of political interference.

“It’s quite clear there is a cover-up going on,”  said Scheer on the situation.

NDP party leader Jagmeet Singh has also called for an ethics investigation into the allegations, which Scheer also supports.

Despite the bipartisan support for an investigation, current Attorney General and Justice Minister David Lametti disagrees

"All we've heard are allegations in a newspaper," said Lametti about the SNC-Lavalin affair.

What do you think about this scandal? Should there be an investigation?
