The jury in the trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs has reached a partial verdict on their second day of deliberations.

Per CNN, the Jury sent a note at 4:05 pm that read, "We have reached a verdict on counts 2, 3, 4 and 5. We are unable to reach a verdict on count 1 as we have jurors with unpersuadable opinions on both sides."

The prosecution and the defense have requested that the judge push the jury to continue deliberating.

Combs has been charged with one count of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking, and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. Counts two through five are the sex trafficking and transportation charges, while count one is the racketeering conspiracy charge. The first count carries the most severe penalty, with the maximum sentence being life in prison. The sex trafficking counts carry a 15-year sentence minimum, while the transportation counts carry a maximum of 10 years in prison.

Judge Arun Subramanian told the jury to continue deliberating. "I received your note that you have reached verdicts on count 2-5 but not on count 1. I ask at this time that you keep deliberating." Deliberations will continue on Wednesday morning.
