According to a statement from the publisher of the Creston Vally Advance, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau grabbed the butt of Sandra Rose 18 years ago and apologized once he found out she was a reporter.
You can see the CBC’s The National discussing the topic and the publishers comments below.
This new detail shows just how valid this story might be, and perhaps why the Prime Minister’s comments that there does not need to be an investigation and that he has “reflected”, are him dodging the same standards he set for others.
As a result, many have taken to social media to call out the Prime Minister for this rather hypocritical response to an extremely serious situation.
The @CBC has now reported that @JustinTrudeau groped his victim’s “rear-end” and the @nytimes has reported that his grope was of a “sexual nature.” Will @JustinTrudeau deny either of these reports, or will they stand on his record?

Given that others have been forced to leave their place on the cabinet, what do you think?
