Tim Hortons tests food delivery in three cities

Tim Hortons delivery is coming!

Tim Hortons will be working with Skip The Dishes, a food delivery app, to provide access to its dishes in 148 restaurants across Vancouver, Ottowa, and Edmonton.

“I think we came in with a mindset that we have to listen to our guests and adapt to their changing needs,” said Alex Macedo, president of Tim Hortons.

Macedo, said new hires, including Duncan Fulton, the chief corporate officer of Tim Hortons parent company Restaurant Brands International, had helped increase the brand’s productivity lately.

The company hopes to expand the delivery test beyond those select cities in the coming months, said Fulton, who admits he like many of their clients lives his life on food delivery apps like Skip the Dishes and Uber Eats.

Delivery, he said, is something the eatery obviously needs to be doing.
