The second semifinal happened today, sending England to the 3rd place play-off, and sending Croatia to the Final.

This will be Croatia’s first ever World Cup Final.

England will go to their 2nd ever 3rd place play-off, having lost their only other one to the hosts at Italy 1990.

The last two games will happen on Saturday and Sunday.

Croatia came out on top of the first ever World Cup meeting between these two teams. It will likely be the most important match ever played between the two countries.

None of the players will be suspended for the final matches.
