Canadians are proud, and sometimes comically kind people. Of Which I am a proud member. But sometimes people do take advantage of our cultural niceties, and that is why I believe it’s time Canadians became outraged and showed it.
At this moment the government is making terrible decisions which will hurt the future of my family and yours. They are making terrible choices on the army, terrible choices on the economy, and even more on social policy. They use our niceties at every step to ignore their own mandate. For example in the case of electoral reform.
We need outrage to stop this. Outrage is an extreme motivator, and when it’s genuine can really change the direction in society. I’m talking real outrage, not the fake kind virtue signallers and cry-bullies use.
Embrace your outrage, it’s one of the most powerful tools we have.
